Prerequsites

You may need to build the webstart plugin:
svn checkout https://svn.codehaus.org/mojo/trunk/mojo/webstart-maven-plugin

From the root directory run
mvn clean package
then CD to client and run mvn assembly:assembly
cd to jnlp
webstart:jnlp
