Installation in tomcat

JDBC & SOLR

Edit server.xml and add the JNDI bindings for a database connection to the GlobalNamingResources section

to deploy the webapp you will need

</tomcat-users>

in tomcat-users.xml

before deploying the main webapp, you will also need a running SOLR instance
