Reuiqres postgres installed and a user with permission to run "createdb hsc"


If installed as user <hsc>

createuser <hsc>

then as that user

createdb hsc

Test with 

psql hsc


From a basic server install with postgres database


setcap cap_sys_rawio=ep ./remacs_term
